William S. Hoffmeister, D.C. is a Certified Medical Examiner in the National Registry performing convenient, cost-friendly physical exams, drug and alcohol testing for commercial drivers and now offering FAA BasicMed physical exams for pilots! Dr. Hoffmeister is a former pilot and understands the needs of the aviation community. Dr. Hoffmeister has performed thousands of medical exams as a certified medical examiner, and is fair, ethical and empathetic in his decision making. He is the owner of Pine Castle Chiropractic Center and a former military veteran, who has been happily and proudly serving the Central Florida community for over 18 years. As a Certified Medical Examiner and a member of Team CME, a nationwide network of DOT Medical Examiners that specialize in DOT physicals, Alcohol/Drug testing, and FAA BasicMed physical exams, he has received advanced training and accreditation to stay up to date on how to help pilots continue to fly safely.

At our office we know your time is valuable, and that is why same day appointments are routine and walk-in’s are welcome. Our office also strives to get clients in and out, and the majority of the exams are completed in 30 to 40 minutes. We are also very cost competitive, FAA BasicMed exams are $65!
