Biography
Dr. Michael Panek is a National Registry Certified Medical Examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and is profficient in drug testing and collection since the May 21, 2015 formation of the National Registry. His training is through TeamCME and he is currently a member of TeamCME. He currently performs DOT Physicals/ Drug testing at his private Chicago office as well as for Master Safety in Bensenville , Illinois. He also does on-site phyicals for private transportation companies. Dr. Michael Panek is a graduate of The National University of Health Sciences and the University of Illinois at Champaign - Urbana. Dr. Panek has been in private practice for over 13 years in the Chicago area specializing but not limited to sports injuries, work injuries and personal injury. Dr. Panek spent many summers as a student loading and unloading trucks as a warehouse employee and as a mover.NRCME Number: 8315341400
