Whether you’re on the road or at home, TeamCME’s Map feature makes it easy to schedule a DOT medical exam near you.  Once you zoom in on a clinic, click on the icon to see either the clinic’s available appointments (where available) or to see the clinic information and phone number.

Same day appointments:
Many of our physicians can see you today. In most cases, your DOT medical exam will be complete in 30 minutes.  Unlike other clinics, you won’t be kept waiting for your appointment.

DOT Medical Exam Review:
Included with your TeamCME DOT medical exam is a review (when requested) of your driving status resulting from your TeamCME DOT medical exam.  We have answers for your concerns about health conditions and how they can affect your driving status. If the Medical Examiner did not apply the correct medical guideline, we will contact him on your behalf.

Additional Testing:
In addition to the DOT Medical Exam, many TeamCME clinics also offer DOT Alcohol Testing and Urine Specimen Collection for drug testing.
