Cost Saving DOT Medical Exams, Alcohol and Drug Testing

TeamCME does not charge drivers or motor carriers for using TeamCME to find and use a TeamCME provider. DOT Medical Exam Cost:

The cost for a TeamCME DOT physical exam is set by the TeamCME provider at each location. Drivers and Motor Carriers pay the providers customary charge. The cost of a DOT Physical Exam in each office can be viewed by clicking on the map icon for that office. If that office is using the on-line scheduling, you must click on the “View Available Appointments and Schedule On-line” tab and you can see the charge for that location. Viewing the price does not schedule an appointment.

We encourage TeamCME physicians to charge 10-15% less than the other providers in their area. Due to different economic conditions, some areas have significantly different pricing than others.

The current range of prices from TeamCME providers is from $45 to $115 for a DOT Physical Exam. Same-Day Appointments are routine at TeamCME clinics. TeamCME clinics offer timely appointments, less waiting and may offer on-site services. Those using TeamCME providers have no-cost access for questions regarding a DOT physical exam performed by a TeamCME physician.

Alcohol and Drug Testing: Many TeamCME Providers also offer alcohol and drug testing and will work with your current drug program administrator. Randomized testing is available thru TeamCME Providers. Save on both DOT Medical Exams and Drug testing.

NRCME Requirements for Physician Training and Certification: Becoming a Certified Medical Examiner in the National Registry is a requirement for all TeamCME Physicians. Certification of TeamCME physicians translates to continuity of services for you.

Additional Occupational Services: Some TeamCME physicians are Diplomates in Occupational health and provide post offer physicals, treatment of injured workers and other occupational health related services.
